As a relationship expert, I work with everyone who knows how to love, and wants to know how to do it better. If you have ever been in love, you know how hard that is to manage the emotional bumps and bruises with just the two of you. But is it a pipe dream to think you can be healthy, happy and sane with maybe three (or more)? Studies show, at least 60% of us have wondered if a polyamorous relationship lines up with the way YOU love, and all those 60% want to know how to still self-care, tend to your emotions and mental well-being, while embracing this relationship dynamic. In our group, I will explore understanding basic healthy attitudes in a polyamorous relationship, how to navigate several personalities at once, signs of emotional distress, coping with said distress, how to move away from using "shame shields" in your relationships, communication and Dun Dun Dun, JEALOUSY. Get ready to take notes and start to experience your relationships from a more confident point of view.
