As a relationship expert, I work with everyone who knows how to love, and wants to know how to do it better. If you have ever been in love, you know how hard that is to manage the emotional bumps and bruises with just the two of you. But is it a pipe dream to think you can be healthy, happy and sane with maybe three (or more)? Studies show, at least 60% of us have wondered if a polyamorous relationship lines up with the way YOU love, and all those 60% want to know how to still self-care, tend to your emotions and mental well-being, while embracing this relationship dynamic.
